Want a Cannabis Retail License? Speak to our Cannabis Lawyers

The Ontario government has announced that it will not be capping the number of retail licences for the Cannabis industry. According to the AGCO website, the AGCO will move quickly to define the licensing process for private retailers once the legislation has been enacted, and will work closely with the government to support the goal of having private stores licensed and open for business by April 1, 2019. The AGCO is not accepting any applications at this time.

In order to be ready, our office is not meeting with clients who wish to get ready for when the process begins.
